Delivery & Returns
All orders are dispatched via courier within 2 working days of your order being placed. We will send you tracking details once the item is shipped. We don't ship over weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, it will arrive within 7 working days. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from your dispatch date, please contact us. We currently don't ship internationally.
Our delivery pricing is based on the weight and size of your order. All our orders are delivered via courier and will be allocated a tracking number. For rural addresses, please select 'Rural Shipping' at the checkout to cover the rural shipping fees. We offer free shipping for all orders over $50.

In Stock Items
Items we have in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment. We will notify you by email with your dispatch date and tracking information. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from your dispatch date, please contact us.
Custom orders of wet bags require a minimum order amount of 100 wet bags. If you have ordered a custom design, your order will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered once the order is placed. We will notify you by email with your dispatch date and tracking information once your order is on it's way to you. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from your dispatch date, please contact us.
General Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are defined as 100 or more items. If you are ordering a bulk order from one of our available designs, we aim to have these in stock. However, this availability is subject to change and may incur a delivery period of 4-6 weeks should it not be in stock. (You will be notified of this during the order process). If you would like to check before ordering whether we have the items you require in stock, please contact us directly and we can let you know, along with the wait times for your order. We will notify you by email with your dispatch date and tracking information. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from your dispatch date, please contact us.
Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to refund or exchange due to a change of mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
All products sold carry a 1 year New Zealand warranty.
In the event of a product not functioning as expected, Messy Moments will fulfill all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Warranties only cover manufacturing defects. Any product deemed contaminated or otherwise damaged, misused or neglected may, at the discretion of Messy Moments, be excluded from being covered under warranty.
Faulty items will be covered under our Warranty Policy.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, please contact us immediately. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. Please provide your order number from the enclosed invoice at the time of contact.
Messy Moments will fulfill all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
All our products carry a standard 1 year warranty.
Our warranty works on a Return To Base basis. This means that should a fault occur with your product, it will need to be returned to us for assessment.
Once we have received an item, we will assess the fault and contact you within 7 working days with an outcome and potential solution. If your item is deemed faulty and is covered by your warranty, we will arrange a replacement item, credit or refund.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Misuse or any other damage will not be covered under the warranty.
