How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I choose a design that is not displayed on the website?
If none of our designs are what you are looking for, you can look into making a custom order. Custom orders require a minimum of 100 items, and will incur a 4-6 week delivery period. Contact us to discuss this.
Can I add my logo to the bag?
Yes, for bulk orders of 10 or more bags, or as a part of our Promotional Pack, we can include your logo onto the bag.
What material are the bags made of?
Our bags are made from waterproof PUL fabric and are lined to ensure no leakage or soak through.
Are they 100% waterproof?
While our bags hold in moisture very well, they can not hold too much weight or liquid. Therefore, clothes must be wrung out before being placed into the bags to prevent the seams from splitting.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Can I update my order once it has been made?
If you have made a mistake during the order process, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do everything we can to amend this. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, or if you simply change your mind, we will not be able to make changes to your order.
