If you are looking for fundraising ideas for your group or for your community, Messy Moments products are the perfect option. With discounted rates for bulk purchases, you can buy in bulk to then sell directly to the families enrolled at your centre or within the local community for market price, using the profits for your fundraising project. The minimum order for bulk orders such as this is 100 bags. We are happy to discuss your needs and come up with a bulk order option that suits you.

Clothing - Fundaiser

We also have an offer for Auckland centres who are holding an event, such as an open day, whānau day, community event or similar. You are able to hire us to set up a stall at your event to sell our products at our market price and depending on the number of bags sold at the event, a portion of the profit will come directly back into your centre. Please note: This is only available within certain areas of Auckland. Please contact us to find out whether this could be an option for you.

Messy Moments will bring all current stock with us to the fundraiser so that we can do our best to meet the demand of the event, no matter how big or small. We are also able to suggest other local businesses who may be interested in holding a stall to contribute to your fundraiser if this is something you are interested in. We can then discuss with these businesses on your behalf the details of your fundraiser and then refer them to you if they are interested in taking part.

Messy Moments are also happy to help with advertising your event, both on our social media platforms and with fliers/posters to display in your local area. We are happy to discuss this further if you would like us to help you with this.

Another option for those outside of Auckland is one we have only recently introduced and tried. This option sees a business or group looking for a fundraiser selling our products themselves. We will discuss with you before hand your requirements, work towards a goal budget or time frame, work out the right amount of products for your venture, and then discuss profit margins based on this. We will then send you the stock directly along with all the paperwork you need to sell the products and make the profit you need to raise funds for your chosen venture.

Holding a fundraiser like this is a great way to involve the local community, inviting them to be a part of the event by holding a stall of their own with a similar set up, providing a small portion of the amount raised to go back into your fundraising efforts, or to simply participate in the event by coming along and supporting you.
